After scheduling through our patient portal, you will complete a brief online intake and join your visit by secure video at the scheduled time. Kimberly will review your history, discuss your concerns, and build a plan with you, including any prescriptions, referrals, or follow-up care you need.
Yes. Telehealth works well for both same-week sick visits and ongoing primary care, including annual wellness exams, chronic condition check-ins, and weight management follow-ups. Having one provider for all of these visits helps build continuity, so your care plan builds on what came before.
If your symptoms require hands-on examination, imaging, or emergency treatment, Kimberly will let you know during your visit and help direct you to appropriate in-person or emergency resources. For any life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room right away.
